This albariño, true to its varietal character, combines freshness and complexity thanks to an ageing process on the lees and the contribution of a short stay in oak foudres. Embaixador is a wine as singular as the vineyard from which it comes from. It's a terroir wine. It perfectly expresses the peculiarities of the soil in which this vineyard is cultivated. Fermented in granite, thus enhancing the characteristics of the variety to the extreme. It is a diplomatic wine as its name indicates, serious, complex, voluminous without losing the freshness expected in a white. Ideal for white meats, game birds and just to enjoy.

As the saying that gives it its name, "genio y figura hasta la sepultura", winemaking of this wine is consistent with our work philosophy taking the maximum advantage of our younger vineyards to offer a small-grand albariño ideal to enjoy by the glass or with your most informal meals.

Following the LARANXA's wake and as a sign of our tendency to produce respectful and traditional wines, we have moved to the most ancestral method. This orange wine is made in clay pots (Dolium) emulating those used in ancient times to transport and store food, among which was the wine. This peculiar elaboration makes it a wine of a risky profile and different from what is expected of an Albariño. Enjoy it with seafood stews and fish or grilled vegetables.

Our sweet "Passito" elaborated with grapes of Albariño raisined after the harvest. The best expression of the work and dedication behind our wines. The elaboration of Dulce Nana implies a careful drying process of the bunches rigorously selected for it. The high concentration of sugars resulting from this process of raisins offers a sweet, dense, and potent wine. Persistent and unctuous without abandoning its varietal character What It will be your ally as an aperitif, with blue or cured cheeses and foie and, of course, with your desserts.

Once More, family rooting and tradition have a lot to do with this wine. Elaborated from Finca "El Molino" in which red indigenous varieties are intermingled as in the past. His name is in addition a tribute to our grandfather and great-grandfather who were millers. A wine with very good acidity and notes of ripe fruit, tantalizing and fresh at the same time. Ideal to take with foie gras, pâté, white meats or blue fish.

Our "Orange wine" of albariño macerated with its skins during fermentation acquiring in this process the orange color that gives it name.
Sitta Maceración is a fresh wine with the characteristic acidity of the Albariño but with the imprint of his contact with the skins. A white wine with body and pleasant tannin that will perfectly accompany "anti-pairing" meals. It will boost your blue cheeses and make you enjoy Galicia with your corn empanada.

We can blame the nature and the terroir for the decision that led us to produce this wine. A natural sweet white wine resulting from the elaboration of the Finca "Pereiras". The albariño cultivated in this plot has as peculiarity the high acidity that it presents even in the optimal moment of maturity. Pereiras is a light wine, with good balance between sweetness and acidity, which for its craving and freshness is especially suitable as an aperitif or to accompany sour desserts, cream cheeses and even bitter chocolate.
