Embaixador is a unique wine that reflects the essence of the vineyard it comes from, a true expression of terroir. ​ It exceptionally captures the peculiarities of the soil, standing out for its fermentation in granite, which intensifies the characteristics of the albariño variety. ​ Its name, which evokes diplomacy, translates into a serious, complex, and voluminous wine, while maintaining the freshness of white wines. ​ Ideal for pairing with white meats, game birds, or simply enjoying its uniqueness.

VINEYARD

Single Vineyard “Embaixador” de 0,5 Ha with 60 years old.
Vine arbour (pergolas) with 800 vines/ha.
Soils of granitic Entisoles of sandy – clayey character (more clayey).
Yield: 5.000 Kg/ha.
Vineyard in organic farming (no certification).

WINEMAKING

Hand harvest picking in boxes perforated.
Selection of grapes.
Complete destemming and compress air press.
Debourbage with cold temperature.
Natural alcoholic fermentation with control of temperature (12-15ºC).
Ageing on fine lees in steel tank for 2 years with “batonnage”.
Fining with isinglass.
Tangential filtration.

WINE TASTING

A very complex and elegant wine, on the nose and on the palate. Great acidity, rich and long with a bouquet of powerful aromas.
Long potential for ageing.
