“All our single varietal reds follow the same winemaking philosophy seeking to transport you to the most Atlantic Galicia. A rich and diverse land like its almost forgotten and abandoned red varieties in this secluded white terroir. Wines with very good acidity that have completely different personalities thanks to its different varietal expressions.
Our Souson is a faithful expression of the variety that gives it name. Intense color and fruit forward. Souson is greedy, resounding and with good acidity becoming the perfect match for meat stews, hunting, grilled red meats and stews or pork cheeks.
