“ Once More, family rooting and tradition have a lot to do with this wine. Elaborated from Finca “El Molino” in which Rias Baixas red indigenous varietals are intermingled as in the past. His name is in addition a tribute to our grandfather and great-grandfather who were millers. A wine with very good acidity and notes of ripe fruit, tantalizing and fresh at the same time. Ideal to take with foie gras, pâté, white meats or blue fish.

An elegant and silky Wine, with a fresh and wonderful nose, red fruit, wild strawberry, blackcurrant. On the palate, it is crispy, pleasant and round, with a lingering finish. A wine to enjoy.
