  • Once More, family rooting and tradition have a lot to do with this wine. Elaborated from Finca "El Molino" in which red indigenous varieties are intermingled as in the past. His name is in addition a tribute to our grandfather and great-grandfather who were millers. A wine with very good acidity and notes of ripe fruit, tantalizing and fresh at the same time. This peculiar elaboration makes it a wine of a risky profile and different. Enjoy it with seafood stews and fish or grilled vegetables.
